CASE STUDY

DELTA provides critical support to DISA, the combat support agency responsible for planning, acquiring, engineering, fielding, and supporting the nation's military IT systems. In this role, DELTA is a partner with the government in providing good stewardship of public funds. The DELTA team works closely with DISA's PEO-IAN in all aspects of the acquisition process, from program conception to program deactivation.

With total program costs exceeding $200 million, DELTA participates in multi-phase and multi-faceted government acquisition processes, supporting critical Department of Defense acquisitions, including the Host Based Security System (HBSS), Insider Threat Focused Observation Tool (InTFOT), Insider Threat Detect (InTDET), Wireless Discover Device (WDD), Wireless Mapping System (WMS), Technical Media Analysis Tool (TMAT), and Web Content Filtering (WCF). DELTA staff offer acquisition guidance and consultation to executive committees as well as technical acquisition and operations working groups.

DELTA provides advanced expertise in acquisition management, which enables DISA to collaborate effectively with a myriad of stakeholders. DELTA has played an important role in helping to streamline the military's acquisition process, facilitating the expedient delivery of effective products to the warfighter on the battlefield.

DELTA provides government clients with acquisition management services to assist them in procuring the systems and products they need. DELTA enables agencies to streamline the acquisition process, strengthen management controls, and lower acquisition costs. DELTA consistently identifies opportunities to improve product delivery and ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations.
