DELTA has charted two paths for employees to achieve professional success at the company. The first path is through the traditional management structure. As employees take on additional responsibilities and assume increasing authority to manage people, projects, and resources, they have the opportunity to climb the corporate ladder. Staff on the management track take positions such as task manager or senior task manager. At the next level up are deputy program manager positions, followed by program managers. Management positions at the executive level generally focus on broad company issues and overall operations.

Another path to achieve professional success at DELTA is by becoming a subject matter expert. Subject matter experts are highly regarded professional who add a high level of discipline-based content expertise to DELTA’s corporate capabilities. This expertise is of critical importance as DELTA grows and positions itself to take on larger, more complex contracts in broader areas.
