DELTA has become a trusted partner of DISA, the information technology division of the Department of Defense. Utilizing the Integrated Resource Information System (IRIS) and other government data, DELTA experts identify and resolve conflicting or anomalous data to ensure consistency among the data. DELTA experts also analyze the status of funds and provide reports ont he planned, programmed, committed, obligated, and disbursed funding levels based on appropriation type, organizational element, project, and task area. They assist with the development of the annual program plans and analyze the information to be certain that work is carried out as designed. In these ways, DELTA's team plays a critical role in verifying that the program plan remains in balance and executable at all times.

Over the past 18 months, DELTA's team has processed 359 financial packages, assisting DISA in executing $208 million through the third quarter in 2008. This package processing rate represents a 15% increase in comparison with the previous year's performance.

DELTA's team also helped to decrease the package rejection rate in the third quarter of 2008 by more than 40% compared with previous rejection rates. DISA recognized DELTA's outstanding work by awarding the DELTA team 30 Star of the Month awards and four certificates of appreciation.

DELTA offers project budgeting, implementation, and reporting services to its growing client base. DELTA's financial management services and products assist federal agencies in the management and performance of business operations. DELTA provides assistance in executing objectives set forth by Congress and the Office of Management and Budget. The company also provides support in integrating financial management principles that enhance the accountability and performance of federal programs.
