STEPHEN HUGHES is the program manager of DELTA's Joint Integrated Warfare Systems Engineering team. He has almost 30 years of experience providing senior-level engineering services, program management, and configuration management to military and civilian clients. Having served in both management and combat systems engineering positions, Hughes is committed to complete customer satisfaction and total employee focus.

ALAN NELSON is the deputy program manager and a senior task manager on DELTA's Joint Integrated Warfare Systems Engineering team. He has more than 30 years of experience in planning, directing, and implementing projects in air defense, aviation communications, electronics, testing and evaluation, and maintenance and logistics support. He earned an associate's degree from the University of Maryland, a bachelor's degree from Chapman University, and a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma.
