IVAN BELYNA serves as the program manager of DELTA's Management Information Systems team. He has more than 13 years of information technology and management experience supporting government and civilian clients. While he has wide-ranging expertise in software development, Belyna is especially involved in systems interfaces and systems integration in order to improve overall efficiency. Belyna earned a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York Institute of Technology.
