JIM ADAMS serves as the program manager of DELTA's Fleet Operations team. He has more than 35 years of management experience with special expertise in C5I, strike group operations, information warfare (IW), and submarine operations. Following a distinguished career in the nuclear submarine navy, Adams now leads a diverse team of specialists in operational planning, technical and financial management, and USMC support. Adams founded the Tomahawk Land Attack Missile (TLAM) Operational Advisory Group (OAG), served as Chairman of the US/UK Harpoon working group, and was a 1998 Navy Copernicus Award winner for C4I and IW. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy.
