Company leadership recognizes those who performed outstanding work over the past year at Employee Appreciation Banquet.

Arlington, VA – DELTA Resources Inc. took the opportunity applaud the hard work and achievements of all of its employees and congratulate Drew Walden and Matt Duncan on earning the highest achievements that DELTA can bestow. They received their awards as part of DELTA Annual Appreciation Banquet at Capitol Hilton on February 5, 2011.

Employee of the Year – Drew Walden

Drew Walden was recognized for his excellent performance as a Master Project Scheduler to the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Program Executive Office for Mission Assurance and Network Operations (PEO-MA) and internal support to DELTA, from 1 January to 31 December 2010. His expertise and consistent high level of performance in direct support of the PEO-MA's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) contributed immeasurably to maintaining an accurate baseline for over 60 projects in a centralized management environment. Through his desire for innovation, ability to implement ideas into action, and dedicated work ethic, he ensured a successful migration of the PEO-MA IMS to the MS Project Server Environment while serving as the pilot organization within all of DISA. Walden’s efforts demonstrated how the MS Project Server could enhance tracking of metrics associated with the DISA Campaign Plan.

New Employee of the Year – Matt Duncan

Matt Duncan was recognized for his superior performance in calendar year 2010 and outstanding support to Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Policy) (OUSDP) Security Affairs (ISA) Europe / NATO Policy. His work on the NATO-Afghanistan Partnership and the NATO C-IED projects was invaluable to OUSDP. His selfless support of the Europe / NATO Office is highly appreciated, and DELTA thanks him for going above and beyond what is expected.
